    In Scotland it’s a Scottish water (central area anyway).
    they will repair your your boundary automatically.
    they will offer to repair within your boundary but out with your house upto £400 of labour time.
    im not sure they can force you to fix a leak but then if you knew you had one why wouldn’t you want to fix it.
    thats my logic.

    i think because its under their kitchen floor is what’s causing the issue.
    the water board can’t force their way into repair and they just seem to be ok living with it.

    i will ask the legal team on my house insurance what my next steps are to cover myself.
