FTB in London - which areas to focus on?

    This house seems good value for the number of rooms in it. 5 bedrooms, officially, and £600-625k. I'm a bit put off by 'guide price', but I can't see that it's being auctioned. (In which case the 'guide price' would be meaningless and quite likely misleading.)

    It's not conveniently located to my eyes. It seems about equidistant from Forest Hill, Catford, and Bellingham stations. Belllingham is possibly marginally the closest station, and there are some peak trains to Victoria. It looks a bit of a walk to the station (s), though. 

    I'm a bit confused by photo 14 of 23 (labelled Picture 25) though. Why are there two doors side-by side leading into the same room? Two closets bashed into a single room? 



    It does seem as if previous owner(s) don't like the idea of having some part of the property that isn't built on. Parking looks to be a challenge. But, I think it looks attractive from the outside. And, from the photos it looks to be in good decorative order.
