Did you email them to rectify the missing years they're usually pretty quick to respond to email titled Formal complaint.

My MP said she'd been in touch with them over it, and to give it 3 weeks before letting her know if they've sorted it out.

I guess it wouldn't hurt to email them as well.

I was going to do just that today, when I got an email from my MP.

The DWP said they had corrected my records, but couldn't explain 'how or why' the mistake had happened... they know but are covering it up.

So I checked my records again, and they're still incomplete.

From the 2016-2024 tax years, they show complete now, but 2013 to 2016 are still incomplete.

However, I also checked my state pension  and am now showing the full amount. So they added enough NI credits to get over the line for the full pension.

I would still chase up the shortfall for 2013 to 2016. Contact your MP once more and point out that there is still a shortfall.

The years between 2013-2016 wouldn't necessarily add anything anyway, being pre 2016 it would all depend upon your specific circumstances as to whether they did.  As long as your forecast contains the phrase "This is the most you can get, you cannot improve your forecast any further" then chasing those years up will only take time but add nothing.
