TimeLord1 said:Please send it off it will be quicker than contacting the MP it works trust me.I was going to do just that today, when I got an email from my MP.The DWP said they had corrected my records, but couldn't explain 'how or why' the mistake had happened... they know but are covering it up.So I checked my records again, and they're still incomplete. From the 2016-2024 tax years, they show complete now, but 2013 to 2016 are still incomplete. However, I also checked my state pension and am now showing the full amount. So they added enough NI credits to get over the line for the full pension.0

I would still chase up the shortfall for 2013 to 2016. Contact your MP once more and point out that there is still a shortfall.1
