Universal Credit Phone Interview After Account Review

I’m trying to understand what it means by universal credit want me to do a phone interview , just after my account was under review and i asked them a question.
I’ve been claiming for over year now after job loss in private rented accommodation and have limited capability for work component . Before Xmas my account went under review they asked me to pose with my passport and give 4 months of statements.
I gave this , received my normal amount per month feeling relieved , but something new has occurred that’s making me worry and in need of insight .
I sent a journal to my work coach explaining my worry of the rent increases my landlord asks for each year (it’s around this time) . And how i can’t move anywhere cheaper if landlords don’t want D.S.S or no payroll salary etc.
I asked if my award could be changed should i have no choice but to accept an increase.
It took a few days for them to reply then they advised the CAB and just a link to benefit calculators.
But then later the same day, they’ve told i need to have a phone interview . I’m worried they’re going to interview me police style about my bank statements or capital now.- surely if they were concerned they would have told me before sending my usual payment? I won’t have any information if my rent goes up for them since this interview is on the beginning of next month (usually my landlord agent gets in touch end of February re rent increases)
Could they be challenging my limited capability for work portion and can that be removed at any time? I mentioned my difficulty of finding jobs with just completed professional training and months of sending out CVs?
It’s very limited info on what this interview is about . Apart from bring the documents I have supporting my claim. I thought the review was done. Any thoughts? Just funny how they request a phone interview after I ask them a question. Once they booked in something that wasn’t needed before since i completed some information for them.

The telephone interview is normal procedure after providing those bank statements. They've been reviewing millions of people for quite sometime.
It wouldn't be anything related to asking the question about rent increases. Or about the LCWRA element. If your capital is less than £6,000 then you have nothing to worry about.0 -
Interview is just asking general questions.
So they ask if you have other accounts, savings or investments such as PayPal or premium bonds. As well as a few questions on some of the transactions in the time frame supplied.
Do not worry it is all very friendly 👍Life in the slow lane0 -
A telephone interview isn't suggesting that the OP has done anything wrong. It's simply to ensure that all information held is still current.

Bit of a necro post, but I've just had this call myself. Just to ease anyone else's mind, the call lasted literally 2 minutes. I answered some security questions then the woman asked if I have any other savings (bonds, estate, paypal etc). I mentioned I have a family paypal we all use with no savings in it. And also that part of the bank account I'd sent statements for has an instant saver with it that'll be reflected on the statements themselves. She also asked about small infrequent ebay payments, I explained these were just selling some personal items. The woman said ok that's fine and the call ended. She didn't ask for additional information - though I said I could send her the instant saver statement probably as it's just an online part below my current account.
It all seemed pretty standard procedure and I'm guessing they phone a hundred people a week.
