Is anyone else struggling to put in their MPAN number? Despite putting my 13 digits (confirmed by BG) it still keeps saying 'must be a valid value containing only numbers' which I have done. Tried mobile and PC to do this but can't get past this and want to switch before deal runs out!

IF EOn site allows - Try putting the top row in as well - so all - upto 21 digitsThe profile class 01 - single rate, 02 multirate - first digit / digits on top line - is pretty key to whether you end up on SR or E7 new fix.Although they should get that of meter database in any case from address - even without the mpanThe MTC tells them what your switching times are if on multirate etc.Note on my EON bills they call it the Supply No - same grid format as wiki - but only has 1 digit - 2 not 02 for profile class - the 3 digit MTC - and 1 digit for the line loss factorIf your only doing the botom line / 13 digits as Wiki - the first two digits are a distributor / area code - not a valid profile class - etc.Call them if that doesnt work.
