Aviva won't let me manage my baby's health insurance

I seem to be hitting a brick wall with a new health policy for my baby son. I took it out for peace of mind when he was born, but it's causing anything but.
I originally just wanted access to the Virtual GP service, but to get there needed to access the online portal.
After being told it was a simple request to login and do so, I'm now told I can't because I'm only the policy owner and not the named policy holder.
Daft given he's just two weeks old.
When I called I was told I could still login to the GP app. But now when I register it either tells me I'm not the named person on the policy, or when I enter in my son's name I'm told he's not 16 so can't access it.
Calling Aviva everybody admits it's a silly policy, but passing me through to a special team just hits a voicemail.
I'm close to cancelling the whole thing if they are going to make it difficult.

Write and make a formal complaint. Emphasise that you want to keep policy, but if you can't do this, then you will cancel. The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.2
