Buddy,

Just one more thing, I am the acting executor and my brother is also a named executor, although I've done all of the leg work. Do I have to list him on the additional form you were very kind to provide or can this happily be done in my name only? He is listed on the C1 form as an executor.

I think it can be the declarant executor's detail only.
