Local council Gym with no water?

I've joined my local gym and swimming pool which was recently rebuilt with a million or so of lottery funding.
Does anyone know if they are supposed to provide water facilities.
I ask this as the toilet tap water is warm and not marked if it is drinking water and the vending machines are £1 for a small bottle.
I would have thought health and safety rules that they should have drinking taps through out the centre, especially with a lot of children running about

I don't know what the law is on this, but I'm surprised they don't provide water. Most places have a little water fountain even if it does taste like toilet water :rotfl: I think there's something wrong here.

id be taking a bottle of water with me if that was the case rather than pay a quid:(It is not what you give your friend, but what you are willing to give him that determines the quality of friendship. -- Mary Dixon Thayer0
