I suspect how it's itemised doesn't really matter if seeking a repair/replacement or seeking general damages due to breach of contract.
Satisfactory quality does consider price but it's not like the watch worked for a year and then packed in, even if "free" you'd expect the hands to move without catching one another, especially as it's Armani. In the game of chess you can never let your adversary see your pieces1 -
A typical price for an Armani watch is £100. Is this a fake?No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0

Looking at website I don't think so, they seem to deal in clearance stuff, maybe it was factory seconds?GDB2222 said:A typical price for an Armani watch is £100. Is this a fake?In the game of chess you can never let your adversary see your pieces0 -
Tesco does adjust the individual prices rather than showing them at full price then an overall deduction, it does this with the meal deal as well.Okell said:
Does it appear like that?Grumpy_chap said:
...We regularly buy yoghurt in Tesco which are "four for the price of three" with an individual price of £1. So three costs £3, or I can take four and still cost £3. On the Tesco receipt that shows as four yoghurts at a unit price of £0.75, total £3...
I'd expect it to show 4 x Yoghurt @ £1 = £4 and than a separate line showing something like "Yoghurt 4 for 3 offer" and a deduction of £1.
That's what I think Sainsburys does - but I may be wrong0 -
But not factory minutes?

He said to the salesman, “My wife would like to talk to you about the Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
Salesman said, “We haven't got a Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
The man replied, “You have now mate".1
