Login problems with Cahoot

I have a Simple Saver account with Cahoot for a few months. Last week, I attempted to login to the account and it would not accept the password that I entered, the one that I normally use. Have always had problems logged in too as was always returned back to the login page every time I clicked on a link.

After a few more attempts, I was then locked out and so I phoned their Customer Service to be told that because of the 'unusual' login attempts, my login details had been revoked. Apparently, I would now have to wait for a new password to be sent to me via the post. 

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS that this couldn't be solved over the phone as I got through security with no problems, but no chance of that as it's too simple for them.

It's been a week now and no sign of the new pw, (Royal Snail apparently still backlogged with letters due to the snow) and I'm now worried that I will pay overdraft charges on my main account as I've been unable to add money to it. Anyone else with Cahoot had the same problem?

I have a cahoot current account for my brother and my dad for many years.  Never had an issue with log in.  I have logged in several times within the last few weeks so it would appear it is your account that is a problem and not a widespread issue.

When you were having your unsatisfactory conversation with Cahoot Customer Service did you check your account balance?

If I were suddenly unable to access one of my accounts because of password problems I'd want to make sure it hadn't been accessed and resecured/emptied by bad people.

The site is optimised for desktop/laptop browser, are you using a mobile device? Can sometimes cause problems with links and back buttons.  

EDIT - my login is a user name and a five-digit security number (both fixed) followed by an OTP sent to my phone. Where are you entering a password?

i am having trouble logging in to my sunny saver account.  several attempts after receiving 2 letter log in details, which i follow to the letter, still can,t log in.    Don,t know if it is me getting it wrong or a problem with the instructions.
If i ring them is it easy to get help  or assistance?
