Empathy funeral

I also paid for prepaid funeral with Empathy funeral.
It was transferred over to Dignity but I am having trouble contacting them it looks like I have lost my money 
I would appreciate any information & help about this .

  • I have been transferred to Dignity too and have had no problem getting in contact with them. They have said I will get a direct cremation but will not give me any paperwork to confirm this for my family.
    I have spoken to an ombudsman and he says dignity do not have to do anything but I am not happy with this as feel my family are going to have issues when I'm gone ans there is nothing in writing.
