Money claim letter issued - what next?!

Hi all,
Claim was issued by Euro Car Parks on 20/11/2024, I completed acknowledgement of service on 01/12/2024 and sent in my defence via email (to the ClaimResponses email address) on 11/12/2024 and received an auto-reply so they definitely received it. Today I've received a letter to say that a money claim has been made against me, I need to respond to the claim before the response date shown (I can't see a response date on the letter so not sure where this is) and the other side of the letter (headed 'Judgment for Claimant in default') states that I've not replied to the claim form. Is sending a defence not the response? Have I missed something here as I definitely haven't received any letters in the meantime?! Just wondering what my next step should be.
Thanks in advance

Something went wrong. What does/did your MCOL history say? When you sent your defence to the claimresponses address, did you receive an auto-response email confirming receipt? Did you also CC in yourself?
If you have evidence of your defence being received, you need to call the CNCB first thing in the morning and tell them that they have SNAFU'd your defence and they need to get it sorted and you expect compensation for their screw-up.2 -
Login to MCOL and copy and paste your claim history below
I suspect that the CNBC failed to log your defence, in which case you probably have a default Judgment against you
They seem to have failed on various topics last month, allowing several of these issues, hence why we need to see redacted pictures of paperwork and your claim history first2 -
Thanks for responding. Here's the pics:

I'll get on the phone to them now, I was hoping it'd be the case that they'd messed up and not me!0

They close at 4pm
If you have the email auto response, it's them, you are not alone. Several complaints on here over the last 6 weeks
Email a complaint to their complaint email address, with claim reference, dates, copies of email responses etc
Try Ccmccandccbc-complaints@justice.gov.uk2 -
Thank you! I had a look and they close at 5pm but with the queue I'm currently in, I don't think I'd get through before then anyway
I've sent the email and also filled in a HMCTS complaint form in case that helps too.3 -
Did you receive an auto-response email when you submitted your defence? Did you CC in yourself? Make sure that you have the header info from the sent email.1

Ignore any DCB Ltd letter as long as the 'debt' is under £600. Nothing will happen to enforce it so no worries, and it should be sorted out this month.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
