So energy automated replies

From so energy all you get is automated replies. The only way for them to respond is to put a bad review on trust pilot. They have ignored data protection regulations and correction request from council. Keep saying they are sorting it but I've been waiting since end of October now. The Ico said they have one month to correct the issue. Maybe they need educated staff.
