HELP! Leekes solid conservatory roof keeps leaking!

We bought a very expensive solid conservatory roof with two sky lights, 4 years ago. In this very short time, we've needed repairs at least three times. Two years ago, there were long damp stains on the ceiling. They came to fix it, and now the damp stains have come back, in exactly the same places.

I don't know what my rights are. It seems absurd that such a new and apparently robust roof can have so many problems. It makes me so worried about how long it will last, and that we won't be able to afford constant repairs once our guarantee has run out.

Is there anything I can do / claim? I wouldn't have purchased the roof had I known the constant problems. Thanks in advance.

Was there any form of independent warranty on the installation?  When we had a new solid roof fitted on our conservatory it came with an insurance backed warranty in the event of the installer either going out of business or failing to carry out proper remedial work.
