Buying laptop direct

Has anybody had any experience of buying a laptop direct from Lenovo.
I have one in mind but have read some horror stories, these are mainly on Trustpilot so maybe can be taken with a pinch of salt.

I have bought direct from Lenovo several mobiles. Good service but returns can be slow. Call center help very good!1
