No idea about the bed base but I have a standard base and an extra deep mattress which makes the bed pretty high.

What might be worth doing first is to elevate the current bed so you can determine whether you actually like the increased height and what height you wish to be at.  I know it won't look wonderful, but if the current bed can be raised on wooden blocks just to trial, you will at least know what height mattress you would like to achieve when shopping for the new bed.  Far more MSE than buying a new bed and then finding it is too high.
This is a good idea. I forgot I did this on one end of my sons bed to help with reflux

    something like these

I have found it really tricky to find higher beds.

Raising the legs using 'furniture raisers' is a good start.. if you like the height you could get a localcarpenter to then turn something a bit more ornate on a lathe.

For the single bed i am in now.. we bough ta  sturdy wooden framed bed  with high headboard and foot board second hand and then raised the brackets that hold the mattress platform.  Someone with basic DIY or a carpenter may be able to do that for you.

It may be possible to also make a platform to go under your existing bed..

My searches found beds were all fairly low compared to what I needed and I spent a long time looking.

A mattress topper increases your bed height considerably. There are so many different memory foam ones and different depths.

I have a wooden bed frame and found it too low, ended up stuck some casters on the legs

Our divan is 40cms, although it is an Ottoman, so maybe a bit bigger than normal. The mattress is 25 cms, so pretty high in total.

Thank you the non sarcastic replies
