You will not get a document extension
You will not get the hearing unless you make an application and pay the fee
You could ask the court if they can make it a hybrid telephone/in person hearing but unlikely.

In my N9B Defence and Counterclaim form, in effect I presented my arguments for defence and counterclaim, with a summary of factual evidence but not all the details.
    Should I have done that?
Now I am asked to send my documents before the hearing, should I write just the facts, or include my arguments as before?

How rigid is the deadline for sending documents?  The date given is over 6 weeks before the hearing.

Thank you for all your advice. Much appreciated.

Stick to the dates.. it's as simple as that
What your supplying now is a witness statement.
Sorry but If you have brought a counter claim you should really have researched this matter

I realise that now. I mistakenly believed that the defence and counterclaim form had to contain everything relevant and that nothing could be introduced later.
So, should my witness statement be just a list of factual evidence, or a restatement of arguments for my case? Sorry, I have looked elsewhere and not found an answer.
