Flooring - Small space.

Flooring for  Home small space.

Aims.
Hard wearing. Easy maintenance.
Have disabilities, therapy paws. 
To make the spaces feel as bigger and spacious as possible. Hard wearing.

At the moment looking to have Laminate or vinyl.
Underlay.

Kitchen/Dining/Living Room.
ATM Kitchen laminate laid.
Could choose same vinyl floor (but may not completely match from a different batch. Like wall paper.
Or different one.

Hall
Bedroom 

Laminate or Vinyl.

Thinking do all the same floor pattern?
Unsure what floor pattern to use.
Bigger planks, smaller planks,  herringbone ect.

Really appreciate thoughts, suggestions, recommendation.

    Lovely, but never cheap. Depends on the budget the OP has.

    I avoid laminate in kitchens and bathrooms in case it gets wet. The same goes for carpet tiles.

    I have porcelain tiles in the kitchen and vinyl in the bathroom. The tiles are hard-wearing but  expensive and cold to the touch.

    I had quarry tiles in a previous kitchen and not only were they cold to the touch but every time I dropped anything it shattered so I've always had vinyl tiles ever since.
