Energy Migration Account Balance Dispute

Hello,

Just a quick question please.

After an energy supplier switch to Eon.  I did not agree with the migrated account £360 debit balance and raised a dispute with Scottish Power (the old supplier), as advised by Eon.

Once the dispute had been investigated by the old supplier (SP), they concluded the migration account balance Credit of £120

Eon did eventually did apply this £120 migration credit but have failed to remove the first account balance migration debit of £360

Question :

Eon should have removed the first, incorrect, disputed and superseded migration debit of £360 in full

YES  or  NO ?

That's rather unusual. Usually you'd settle your account with the old supplier and start on zero with the new one, rather than transferring a debt.

Can you give some more info regarding your particular situation?
