ParkingEye ticket - Loxford Clinic

Received a PCN at Loxford PolyClinic.
See attached below.
I have complained to the Clinic who at first were hopeful that this can be cancelled but then changed their tune once they realised I was in a waiting bay and not a parking bay.
All correspondence below.
I have also sent a message to ParkingEye not admitting I was the driver.

Just appeal as keeper, asking for evidence that the car was parked in a Drop Off bay because you have seen no evidence that the driver wasn't just driving in and out of the supposed zones looking for a space, and there are various areas with different terms on site so where is the evidence that the car parked and/or which terms applied?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I've already appealed once just waiting for the reply. Hopefully it allows me to add another appeal or comment based on what youve mentioned above0 -
You only get one chance at appeal to a parking company
Acceptance or rejection will eventually follow, no follow up
If its rejected, you can appeal to popla1 -

"I dispute your "parking charge" as the keeper of the vehicle. I deny any liability or contractual agreement and I will be making a complaint about your predatory conduct to your client landowner. There will be no admissions as to who was driving and no assumptions can be drawn. Since your PCN is a vague template, I require an explanation of the allegation and your evidence. You must include a close up actual photograph of the sign you contend was at the location on the material date as well as your images of the vehicle.
If the allegation concerns a PDT machine, the data supplied in response to this appeal must include the record of payments made - showing partial VRNs - and an explanation of the reason for the PCN, because your Notice does not explain it.
If the allegation involves an alleged overstay of minutes, your evidence must include the actual grace period agreed by the landowner."
