  • Wow, that's not bad at all, do you mind me asking what happened with your account as to why it's quite 'high' at £700 compared to the £50 some were getting?

    I'm hoping mine could be a similar amount as they applied a default incorrectly ...which stayed for years resulting in more expensive finance and then did eventually remove it.

    They also applied a default to me. They said the shouldn’t have done so after 2 missed payments. This is not what their current procedures are. They also refunded a collection agent charge as the default was applied early. With the usual 8% interest.

    Has actually been paid in this morning. So quick turnaround from email to payment. 
  • Wow, pleased for you. May I ask what date your claim went in? Mine went in for early Jan. They've told me they are still on December.

    Hi Gemma, I received an update on the 9th September. They advised they were working on claims submitted in January. 
    Hope you aren’t waiting too much longer.
