Hi, thanks for your thread. Did you even put a complaint in for review? And what was the outcome? I have recorded the same letter this morning and was wondering if I should bother to send evidence over and if it’s worth the time and effort. Thanks john……………

I received correspondence from MoneyWay in respect of a review of my previously held account.  I received the paperwork towards the end of last year and submitted it for review. Last week I received an update apologising for the delayed response with a further update due in June 2025.

Hi there, I have not heard any thing back since filing my claim on 9th Jan. They don't respond to emails asking for an update (I am being a bit annoying there I guess). Does anyone know what the potential outcomes of this could be - are we looking at potential compensation? If upheld? All seems very odd as they wrote to me!

  • Hi all,
I received the same unsolicited correspondence from Secure Trust Bank T/A  - around March time I think - offering me the opportunity to submit a claim.

Has anyone had their claim finalised and what was their experience?

I’ve had some generic “We’re sorry about the wait, working as hard as possible etc etc” emails but nothing of any substance.

    Claim acknowledged: 26th March 2025
Processing claim delay: 16th June 2025
