Council offering another temporary accommodation

Hello. We are currently living in a temporary house given by the council. The council has offered another temporary accommodation to us today and they called us to come and sign the contract at 3:30 today. Are we allowed to reject it as we are satisfied with the place that we are currently at and we checked out the other property and not happy with the way it looks from the outside?
Can I refuse the other property that they are giving us?

I think that depends on the reason they have for asking you to vacate the current one did they say why?0

Amazingly different countries (eg Wales, NI..) and different councils, and different categories of temp accomodation have different rules.
Suggest YOU look at THAT council's website for temp accomodation and see what THEIR rules are.
And what your CURRENT tenancy agreement says...
Citizens advice might advise....0 -
It will depend how their temporary system works surely?
You'll need to ask them why they want you to change.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0
