Just to clarify the next step would be receiving a claim form from them? Continue to do nothing and ignore.

No, eventually you will receive a Letter of Claim giving you 30 days notice, probably from a legal company,  which you respond to

Probably followed by an N1SDT court claim pack from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL,  so a court claim,  which you must deal with,  with our help and advice

So to clarify in simple terms

Only MET can sue you,  probably by employing lawyers to act on their behalf,  the debt collectors cannot sue you

Meanwhile,  you ignore the powerless DEBT COLLECTORS letters,  because they are irrelevant and meaningless

Hi, since our last conversation there has been no letters until I received this letter today. Do I continue to ignore?

Continue to ignore DCBL. Wait for DCB Legal - green headed paper.
Always remember to abide by Space Corps Directive 39436175880932/B:

It’s been dragging on for over a year I thought they’d give up by now.

DCBL will keep on their XL BULLY tactics trying to get you to pay, offering discounts is one of the tricks.  As the Stansted rubbish is a well known scam, DCBL will not want a court spanking so they will harass you until they discontinue
