    Everyone can click back to page one in a nanosecond. It's exactly the same as a 'breadcrumb trail' to go back a step when doing online shopping and the link back appears twice on this page.

    I’m about to submit by defence on the MCOL web what do I put as the counterclaim amount I just want the case dismissed and it says I’ll need to pay a fee to make a counterclaim.

    Yes, you’ll need to pay a fee if you wish to counterclaim. But the bigger question is what is it you wish to counterclaim for?
    Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

    Right my mistake I thought you had to counterclaim. I’ve submitted my defence now and will wait.

    No, just follow the 8 steps, and ignore DCB LEGAL
