6 months waiting for N180

I submitted my defence against DCB Legal on 02 Aug via MCOL but have never received a N180 form. I am abroad for a couple of months and wondered whether mcol website will accurately reflect whenever the form is posted.

    It will definitely update if or when an N180 is sent to you by the CNBC in Northampton,  keep checking it regularly 

    Once its been posted out, you can download the N180 pdf, fill it in and email it to the DQ email address at the CNBC plus a copy goes to the lawyers acting for the claimant

    Interesting. So if cases go missing what shall I do? Remind them or do nothing? At what point does the court throw out the case if the N180 is not received
