RM tracking delay warning

Just printing my ebay labels ready for the post run and this message pops up each time on the ebay postage page. Not sure what it impacts but this is a slight worry for any private seller  using RM after the 4th Feb who might be needing their funds urgently.

"Please be aware that Royal Mail is experiencing tracking issues at the moment. We apologize for any inconvenience and if affected, ask that you try again later."

Have you tried putting the numbers in manually? - That seems to work ok for us. I have not seen anything on the RM bulletins about tracking issues (although thats not to say there isn't one) I wonder if its another ebay glitch?

I've checked only 2 out of interest, one from ebay that says they have the item which I actually sent last Wednesday RM48 , and I am waiting for one from a company that they despatched on Thursday night (so probably Friday really) that still shows RM is 'awaiting' my package from the company. That is RM24 tracked.

I had a problem last week. I posted 2 2nd. class parcels on Monday, still not showing as being delivered but I received feedback on Wednesday from one buyer praising quick delivery. Potential problem is I haven't heard anything from the other buyer.

I don't know if it works if RM themselves have a glitch but it's always worth trying parcelsapp.com (not an app, a free website) which has consistently been more detailed and useful for me than most couriers' own tracking (particularly for international parcels both inward and outbound).

Think its parcelsapp.com, think you may have a typo. It is excellent for overseas, its an extension of the old UPU website from years ago.

I posted on another thread but I posted 3 parcels a week ago, one tracked 48.  RM direct say delivered but hasn’t updated in EBay.  From the community forum seems like a number have the same. First time I’ve seen it acknowledged there’s a glitch in the system.

They have now updated in EBay, showing as delivered on the correct date

Mine has been updated, it wasn't earlier today as I checked.
