    I would check on your council’s website as ours you have to double bag any animal waste anyway

    What about a heat sealer without a vacuum?

    I don't think normal plastic bags are suitable for use in a heat sealer. They would probably melt along the sealing line as the plastic is too thin and the wrong type.

    The OP is looking for a recommendation for a heat sealer, to allow them to reuse waste plastic bags for poop - if a heat sealer isn't suitable that puts them back at square 1.
