Curious about this UBlock Origin block

I've just had a delivery from Evri, a regularly used courier and have received the usual email asking for feedback. However when I click on one of the star symbols I'm taken to a page that says "uBlock Origin has prevented the following page from loading:
[loads of code here]
[loads of code here]
Because of the following filter:
||awstrack.me^
Found in:
Peter Lowe’s Ad and tracking server list"
I've had deliveries from Evri before and have responded to surveys from them before. Just wondering why I'm getting this message this time. Also, what is UBlock origin and why is it operating on my emails? Edit: just found that it is an extension to Chrome. I must have loaded that at some point.
I'll ignore the request for feedback, just in case.

Ublock does what it says on the tin. Its an advert/tracking referral blocker.If you follow a ink to a feedback from email that can be used to track (in theory) who responded to it, which is what this sort of extension attempts to block that. It can also be to track the effectiveness of the feedback from email links. Awstrack is to do with Amazon Web Services.1

OK thanks. I don't need to provide feedback, so when I see the Blocking message, I'll just delete the email. Just thought I'd check.
Curious that I've given feedback on Evri before without this problem but presumably something has changed at their (or Amazons) end. Or maybe it was for an Evri delivered order from some other retailer.0 -
uBlock Origin is an add blocker. It is very good at its job, is well respected and often recommended.
Another extension with a good reputation is "Malwarebytes Browser Guard",

AFAIK Ublock automatically updates and adds to it's default block lists to I guess Peter Lowe’ wasn't keen on the awestruck.me domain.0

Are you sure that this time it was not the scam copy of the Evri email that is going around?

If you are confident it is, and you can be bothered to continue to post feedback (well done if you do), then you can click on the UBlock symbol and temporarily disable it for that one site.
Then make sure it's on again.0
