    The Consultation is urgent: closes in 2 weeks so it is the priority now, if @Char27 has any energy left. We get it!  Please join us if you can. We're trying to make it easy. See my guidance on the survey questions.

    The hearing is in September but no date given, but I do agree that the priority now is the public consultation,  then prepare for the hearing,  if the OP wants to help to try to change the system,  despite the fatigue   !  We hope so
