Thank you all for the time and the effort I will fill in the public consultation. These firms need stopping. I’ll let you know the outcome!1

The hearing is 6 weeks away = October.
The Consultation is urgent: closes in 2 weeks so it is the priority now, if @Char27 has any energy left. We get it! Please join us if you can. We're trying to make it easy. See my guidance on the survey questions.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The hearing is in September but no date given, but I do agree that the priority now is the public consultation, then prepare for the hearing, if the OP wants to help to try to change the system, despite the fatigue ! We hope so2

Judge was very nice, parking company were heard on the papers and didn’t send an advocate but that didn’t stop them adding £200 advocate fee.Anyway case was dismissed in its entirety, so although I haven’t found this process easy, I am glad I fought my corner to add to the statistics. Thanks so much for all your help.10

ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!
You were very unlucky to have had your defence struck out (almost unheard of) then having to re-write it.
Instead of doing that, the allocating judge should have looked closer at the Claimant's pleadings, not yours! That would have saved so much court time.
Did you get costs? Were you coming into England from abroad or did I misunderstand that?
