Proof of no claims

I've been with Admiral a few years with a multi car policy for me and my wife. They can't match the quotes I've found on Meerkat, so cancelled the renewal and took out a new policy for my car with Moja
Moja then ask for proof of no claims, which I've uploaded to them. Figure I'll wait for them to give me the all clear before insuring the wife's car (no rush as current policy is valid until Feb)
Now I'm looking at the physical letters of no claims from Admiral that arrived yesterday and I'm down as the policy holder for my wife's car, even though she's always been the main driver
My dilemma is that the new insurer will reject the proof and I'm left trying to sort out insurance for my wife without a no claims certificate
Any advice appreciated

Is that a mistake on Admiral‘s part or was it always your name on the policy? You need to be careful about fronting. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.1 -
can you check how you applied for the multi car cover.
It seems both cars were put under your name.
According to Admiral's website each policy holder gets theIr own NCB.
What do your policy documents show as policy holder/s?

Logged on to Admiral and I'm down as policy holder as I assume I'm the one paying but my wife is main driver of her car.
I'll give them a call in the morning and see if I can't get this straightened out as she has 30+ years of accident free driving0 -

Admiral weren't any help. I'm the policy holder for my wife's car as that's how it was set up when I first went with them apparently.
Why would anyone not want the main driver to benefit from a year's no claims?
So wife is back to zero no claims.0
