TSB online statements - missing

Anyone else missing the last couple of months statements for their TSB current account?

My account is active, but the last available statement in my documents is from October 24

November and December seem to have gone AWOL

Is it me?
How's it going, AKA, Nutwatch? - 12 month spends to date = 2.56% of current retirement "pot" (as at end January 2025)

That's what's strange.   Mine do too, usually, but nothing for that account* since October, but there have been transactions.

I've looked on app and web.

*I have statements showing for other accounts.

I'll try and get a human on chat tomorrow, as robo-chat is no help, but I was just wondering if anyone else is missing them too?

Prompted me to have a look on my app, and I don't appear to have had a single statement for a spend and save account I opened in June (and used, for the cashback offer) - perhaps I set it up for annual somehow...

That was surprising to me, but not sure that helps with your enquiry though, sorry.

This has prompted me to have a look and I appear not to have had any statements since November.
TSB's IT problems continue to cause problems

Just a thought, could it be that no transactions have taken place and so no statement?

The OP said their account is active. As is mine. TSB are famous for having dodgy IT systems

    Cool
Only reason i mentioned that is bcoz i only seem to get my Lloyds bank statement if money goes in or out. I can go months without a statement if there are no transactions.

EDIT: forgot to mention my account is a classic account which are no longer available (ive had it about 30 years, pays no interest and i have very little money in it)

Yes.    Not much happens on this account, I admit, but I did have 3 transactions in mid-December, and my statement dates are usually from the 5th of the month, so would have expected a January statement to show those.

There have been months with no transactions or statements, although looking back I have one that covers a 2 month period with no transactions, so maybe they only send every couple of months if account dormant.

Spoke to a human ( via chat) at TSB, and they're going to request an up-to-date statement, which should be available to view in a day or so.

No explanation of why it wasn't automatic.
