Yes, I have panicked I can say a bit about it and thought of posting, I am advised to complete the AOS (my partner did that just a few minutes ago - he is the keeper but I was the driver at the time) and now i am trying to figure out next step hoping that I won’t be paying that much money 

these folks here are very knowledgable and helpful im sure theyll get you sorted. was it at leigh woods in bristol too? theyve basically set up a shameless booby trap there recently.

That DCB Legal letter is already mentioned in the first 12 steps and you are around step 7.

just submitted Directions questionnaire. I was ill and in hospital the other date so unfortunately I was a few days late. I can of course prove that I was in hospital, so this should be ok right?

checking my voicemail it seems that DCB legal have been trying to call me a few times recently on my private line, I wonder what that was about? I missed each call and figured no use to return the call.

I have my mediation call later today.

sorry yeah i was thinking out loud there - obviously theyre trying to settle.

The call went well and the mediator was friendly and said it is CP plus that probably havent layed their claim out properly and I just said I'm happy to defend this going forward.

All done for now.
