My neighbour built a new fence, he has since died.. With all the wet weather some of the wood on the catch is rotting. It has to be accessible as it is a right of way for the 4 cottages. Both my neighbour & I have dogs they all jump up at the gate. Just wondering any suggestions looked at hardware nothing seems to fit. I will post a pic of the gate with one of the rotten latch in place, need to stop it being pushed from either side. The gates have a combination lock on the that only residents have.
