Could someone please advise me on this,I haven't received any other letters before this one and the fine is dated 11/01/2020.
I remember being at wicks that day as we were having a kitchen designed and I actually asked the designer how long it would take due to tge Ltd parking and she said she would sort it out and not to worry, now I've got this!?!?!?!? (Image removed by Forum Team)

Sorry, needed to add to this, I've not contacted them,we didn't end up getting the kitchen from wicks so no receipts etc and I would doubt very much that they would have kept a record of our appointment after 5 yrs???0

Debt collector letter, ignore it. If you receive a letter from DCB Legal (Letter of Claim, with a 30-day deadline for response) come back on this thread for further advice.Even though this is 5 years old, still go back to Wickes and ask them to do the job they failed to do those years ago - get in touch with G24 and get them off your back.On a similar footing, if the Wickes branch is on a multi-outlet retail park, there'll be a Managing Agent involved and who would be likely responsible for contracting G24. Get in touch with them and ask that they intervene. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Also you will need to tell DCB Ltd and the PPC to erase your old address (and only use NEW ADDRESS INC POSTCODE) because the PCN and reminders will have gone to your old address which the DVLA gave them from your car logbook V5C, back in 2020.
Yes we know this letter came to the right address. They traced you. But they now hold two addresses. They've been writing to an old address and you are lucky you didn't already get a CCJ because you would never have seen a Claim Form sent to that old address.
Which could still happen this year if you leave them with a choice of two addresses. Sort that out urgently by email to both Data Protection Officers.
And complain to the retailer to cancel this farce.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
