Insurance claim flagged as suspected fraud, my rights and how should I know proceed.

Just under two months ago my jewellery was stolen from my backpack in london..
i provided insurance with assay valuations, police crime reference number, proof of purchase, 12 months bank statements, and other small bits of info relevant to the incident on the day before and during…
I also went under an hour interview with their fraud consultant over the phone asking me about the hours before, leading and after the incident took place.
a few days after the same consultant stated that they are requesting the crime report from the police and it can take up to 40 working days for this to be received.
A month later now it appears they have received it and of course the report will have matched what I have stated to them over the telephone interview, however the fraud rep handler dealing my case is now requesting for a representative to come interview me AGAIN at my address to go over the claim and my policy in more detail.
I feel like this handler is just looking for anything to avoid paying out, would it be unreasonable to request that any further questions that they wish to ask me be put all in writing instead of a face to face conversation at my home address.
Surely they cannot say I am not cooperating with the terms of my policy, I am.. however I wish that whatever else they need to now ask me, be put forward to me in writing.
Thanks

What is the sum of money we're talking about here?0

The whole point of face to face is to take in other reactions from you, which would not be possible if done in writing. Refusing will be to not co-operate.
Its a very unusual case, people don't normally claim for carrying jewellery in a back pack in a major city.4 -
I can’t see how being awkward about it would result in anything other than more suspicion.0
