1)The prize comprises a seven (7) night stay in either Cornwall or Somerset for up to four (4) people including;

a) Seven nights (7) nights at either Tencreek Holiday Park in Looe, Cornwall sharing a 2 bedroom Sunqueen Caravan OR at Holiday Resort Unity in Somerset sharing a Platinum 3 Bedroom Caravan 

b) £1,000 spending money 

2) Where the prize winner is under 18 years old, the winning individual must be accompanied by an adult aged 18. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in at the accommodation for security deposit purposes.

3) The prize must be taken before 30th September 2026 but cannot be taken on or between the following dates: 15thDecember 2025 to 5th January 2026,  The stay must be completed within the time-frame stated within these terms and conditions. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by Channel 5. All travel must be completed within the time-frame stated within these terms and conditions. 

4) Booking is subject to availability. 

5) A BACS transfer for the £1,000 spending money included in the prize will be issued in the prize winner’s name within 14 days of the holiday booking being confirmed by Be2b. 

6) The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their congratulations email from Channel 5 and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred booking date or the prize may be forfeited

7) Channel 5 will not accept responsibility for the caravan or any facilities / elements of the prize being unavailable, withdrawn or amended.

8) It is the responsibility of the prize winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the prize winner and his/her companion when taking the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines. 9) Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner. 

10)If fulfilment or any element of this promotion is delayed or affected due to a pandemic or global emergency and resulting Government restrictions, all entrants affected will be contacted by the Promoter and kept updated of any unavoidable changes to the promotional dates, revised fulfilment dates or prizes.

11) Any additional charges or expenses due to a pandemic or global emergency which could include but are not limited to  quarantine hotels, medical passports (should they become a requirement), medical tests etc. will be the responsibility of the prize winner. 

12) There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.
