Tandem Bank top up

I had a Tandem Bank account a few years ago but stopped using it when it was no longer competitive. I have just reinstalled the app and logged in to see I am no longer offered the top-up bonus. Is there any way to get it again?

There doesn't seem to be a way to add or extend the bonus in the app, at least not for me with a bonus that's currently active.

IIRC, when the original bonus expires, you get the chance in the app to add it again so I'm surprised there isn't an option to do this, even if you haven't used your account for a while. Have you had a good look through all the menus ? Failing that, I would try asking in the live chat.
