Travel insurance excluding pre-existing conditions

Can anybody recommend 2 weeks worldwide insurance excluding pre-existing conditions. Mother has been quoted nearly £300, she has back pain manageable. She does not want it covered. She only want the basic cover. Thanks

This is going to  come down to the cause of the back pain because if she manages to find insurance that excludes it, they may well also refuse claims for anything that may be directly or indirectly related If she becomes ill or has an accident. Just something for her to bear in mind, particularly if she’s going anywhere anywhere near the States.

How old is she, because age might also be a factor in the high level of the quote?

I think someone posted a similar question not long ago if you can get the search function to work. I never can.
