Am asking on behalf of someone who was hit by other car but other diver has accpeted it was his fault  
will the driver who was hit lose any of NCB because of this and would it affect his or her insurance 
 and the main question will have to advise the insurance company as the may say he or she will be hit on NCB

If it’s dealt h with by the other drivers insurance it will not impact ncb
your friend is still required to inform their own insurance company of the accident

Your friend will need to say "Yes" to the question of "have they been in an accident in the past x years."

This will cause their premiums to increase.
