UKPC parking charge

Hi all,
I would be greatful for your help. I parked in the retail park 1 hour over the time it was allowed.I wasnt having a good day. I have alot going on personally, and times I can have panic attacks where I cannot physically drive and have to calm down. UKPC have cameras were they pic on arrival, and departure. It was dark the pictures are dark almost black. The pic upon exit is black. The parking charge is £100, down to £60- which is unfair, even the council dont charge this much.
I cant really afford to pay this, and and hassling letters just add to my anxiety. anyone please advice me on this? can I get a CCJ?
Many Thanks

As above.
How did the retail park complaint go?
It is remotely possible to get a CCJ (if you ignore a court claim form) but that is never risked by following all our advice in the NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
