Hello Fellow Savers,
I took an LG insurance some years ago. The highest option in the dialog box was 60 years. Is this easily amendable ?
Thanks

With most Life policies, and certainly L&Gs current website you say how many years you want it to run for not what age it ends at but clearly they are using your current age to set the maximum value in the box.
L&G do allow you to extend the length of some of their products, its unclear if it has to be linked to a life event as changing the sum insured has to be or not. Ultimately call whoever you bought from and ask them to quote to change whatever you need.1 -

A term of 60 years; or an expiry age of 60?
What type of insurance and what occupation? IIRC some insurers limited income protection to age 60 for occupations like teaching and nursing in the past.I am a mortgage broker.
