Please show it without identifying details.

Did you know that a hearing had been set to hear their application? You should have gone along because they had the floor to themselves to ask for relief from sanctions.  Never let a PPC or legal have a meeting to themselves.

I thoughts that hearing would be closed to both of us. I did send in a letter (I used a template from provided on here). I’ve attached the document I was sent with all identifying information erased.

We wish you had not ignored that first order and had shown us. By not attending, you let them walk all over the meeting so of course the Judge agreed to reinstate the claim.

Back to WS and evidence stage then.  The deadlines are there in the later Order reinstating the case.

If their point is that they never got the order requiring them to pay the court fee, I'm not sure how much difference it makes if OP attends. Either the judge agrees with DCBL or they accuse them of perjury, and I'm not sure what representation you make to say DCBL did get it (unless you delivered a copy to them yourself).

But as C-m says - WS and evidence stage there. DCBL can't argue they didn't know about this order if they fail to pay again.

Unfortunately, they’ve submitted a witness statement this time. Please see attached. Any advice very welcome and appreciated.

In that case get on with drafting your WS + Exhibits bundle and ensure that the legal company plus your local nominated civil court get it by the deadline explained in your court order

Tomorrow. I’ve got the one I did in November. I’ve updated it slightly.

So had a dcb legal robo call on yesterday which left a message on my voicemail asking me to confirm my number. I’ve never given them my number. Can I use this against them in any way? If this goes to court, can I play it in court? Clutching at straws maybe I know.
