Point of commitment to estate agent (EweMove)

My elderly mother is looking to sell her house, she is a two hour drive from me so I can't supervise very easily. But on local recommendation she had EweMove round yesterday for a quick look and they are coming back on Tuesday with a photographer. I'm worried she has committed to them! Postponing (or cancelling) the visit won't cancel a contract.

Has the estate agent agreed that your mother never entered into a contract?

If the estate agent says your mother has entered into a contract with them, she needs to cancel it within 14 days.

(And waiting longer before she cancels it might increase the costs she has to pay - if they do more work before she cancels.)
