ONLINE PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

 

Who can enter:

 

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the competition period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, companies within the ITV group of companies, or are an immediate family member of the same (including any live-in partner); and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

 

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw. 

 

Opening/closing date & time:

 

• Prize Draw opens online via the www.itv.com/win website (“Website”) on Thursday 16 January 2025.
• Prize Draw closes for entries online at 10.00am on Thursday 13 February 2025. 

 

Winner selection & contact: 

 

• The draw will take place within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries.
• Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

 

How to enter & cost of entry:

 

• You may enter online by going to the Website and following the instructions; up to one (1) entry per phone number provided. There is no charge for entry but internet service provider’s fees may apply when accessing the internet.

 

Prize: 

 

There is one (1) prize of a voucher to spend on a holiday with Away Resorts of the winner’s choice as available at https://www.awayresorts.co.uk/ worth £800 (eight hundred pounds). The winner can travel with up to five (5) companion(s). For the avoidance of doubt, the voucher can be spent in one (1) transaction only. The voucher includes guest passes for facilities and entertainment for the winner and their companion(s) however, travel, meals and additional activities are not included and the winner cannot book a holiday at Boston West Hotel and Kenwick Park Hotel. Please note that pet friendly and hot tub options may be available upon request. 

 

The winner must book and take-up the holiday by 31 March 2026. There are no blackout dates however the holiday is subject to availability. Please note that in the event that the winner cancels the holiday less than two (2) weeks before the arrival date, the holiday will not be rescheduled and the holiday will be lost. 

 

The Prize is subject to Prize Provider’s terms and conditions, which can be viewed at http://www.awayresorts.co.uk/terms-conditions. 

 

The value of any monetary balance of the voucher may not be exchanged for cash equivalent or alternative.

 

If the voucher becomes invalid due to insolvency events (including but not limited to liquidation or administration) affecting the prize provider, the Promoter does not accept responsibility in these circumstances and no alternative prize will be provided.

 

Please note that the winner’s details will be shared with the prize provider’s media agency MediaJamm, which will make all necessary arrangements for the winner to receive the prize. 

 

The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to positively amend the prize during the Prize Draw period by either: (i) adding a cash prize; and/or (ii) offering additional prize(s).
