Well we did explain carefully to the lady who filled the forms in for us. Had we known we needed to make a joint claim at the time, we would have done.marcia_ said:

Looks like that advice was wrong.You must not have explained your circumstances correctly to CAB. I volunteered with them for years and would never have this0 -
