Old Laptop, Old Issue Still Unresolved

I purchased a specialist music DJ laptop from a company in Germany at the beginning of 2020 (iro 1,350 euros)
Within 6 months, I noticed an issue with the charging of the unit - sometimes it would not charge but would maintain the current battery level when plugged in.
I reported this and received responses about settings changes which I applied.
This would work for a short period, and then the issue would present again.
I repeated this query / response cycle several times, and was even sent a new battery which I had to fit myself.
In total, I've probably made 5 direct queries with this same existing problem over the years but I'm still not getting any resolution
The unit cannot function as a standalone laptop still.
Do I have any grounds for taking this further still or am I just unlucky to have a lemon that hasn't worked for more than 6 months?
Ideally, I'm at the stage now where I'm so sick of trying the companies new suggestions, I'd rather look at gettign a new one.
Appreciate your thoughts.

If you're talking about a five year old laptop then I suspect that it'll be argued to be at or near the end of its economic life, so even if you could succeed in negotiating around German consumer legislation, the residual value would be practically negligible....1

We mainly know about UK consumer rights here, this would appear to be a German query?
Also the reference to a "specialist music DJ" laptop suggests it might not be a consumer issue anyway but a business-to-business contract.0 -
Not really enough information.
Is the company Schenker involved?
Is this connected with Arkaei?
Is your machine an XMG DJ15?
...or something else entirely?
