I got this today - can I expect something from the parking people to try and resolve the dispute? If they do I'm assuming that I ignore it.

Had my mediation call today - very nice person, claimant wanted the full amount £269.66, I said £20, both of us declined

thank you both, I had found that youtube link and thought it was useful - still nervous but will wait and see what happens next....any chance that it'll be discontinued before ever getting to a hearing?
