GivEnergy software update

unfortunately the GivEnergy software upgrade is not fit for purpose to allow monitoring of my solar panel and battery performance anymore .
I have tried many times to upload using the instructions provided and it’s just not recognising my address .

Customer support has been very poor and they handed me to technical support who just completely ignored me .
